Bunnies in Heaven: What is Heaven Like?

At the salon, when the stylist was blow-drying my hair, the Holy Spirit nudged me to practice visiting the Secret Place amid distractions. Closing my eyes, a few lines to a worship song appeared. It was easy to focus on the Lord with love in my heart. Within seconds, I saw us dancing in the gazebo in the Secret Place designed for me by God.

It was challenging to remain focused as my hair was combed and moved about. When I was distracted, the images would become blurry. The Lord led me over to the bench and as we sat together, a dozen or so fuzzy images bounced and gathered around my feet. They reminded me of the little “imp-like” demons I had seen in the past.

Joy and the Secret Place: What Heaven is Like

On Sunday, I spent some time focusing on the Lord in Worship. This often opens up a visit with Him in the Secret Place. When I closed my eyes, a disturbing vision played out in my mind:

I was standing a few feet away from the Lord, watching an image of myself laughing exuberantly. The scene reminded me of the times I had seen “holy laughter.”

“What is this?” I asked the Lord as the image of me kept laughing, “Why am I laughing? I don’t feel like doing that right now.” Usually what I feel inside plays out in the visions in the Secret Place, but this vision didn’t seem to match what I felt at that moment.

Your Abilities in Heaven

While writing this article centered around a visit to the Secret Place, the Lord led to me 1 Corinthians 15 where Paul speaks about this life and the next to demonstrate why He was revealing our abilities in Heaven. The apostle begins in verses 37-40 with a metaphor about seeds which must die to receive their full glory, relaying it to our existence in this way:
  • It is sown in corruption -  it is raised in incorruption
  • It is sown in dishonor -  it is raised in glory
  • It is sown in weakness - it is raised in power
(1 Corinthians 15:42-43)

The definition of the two topics stated as “it”  are seen in verse 44:
It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

Attacks on Our Family Line

VIDEO: Generational Curses

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished to all good works. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

God's ways are always the same. Looking at the New and Old Testament is necessary to fully understand what our Lord expects of us. Some Christians today think generational curses are nonexistent, and yet they cannot explain why the same thing that happened to their parents or grandparents shows up in their life and the lives of their family members. It may be a sickness, attitude, or a sin that we have a hard time avoiding. When we see a pattern of behavior in our parents, grandparents, or siblings, there is a chance that a generational curse from our ancestors is active.

Our Guide to the Secret Place

In order to enter the Secret Place, we need a Guide. The Holy Spirit asked me to provide an introduction for Him so that He could move into your life in greater measure. He sent a dream a few years back: It was the first dream the Holy Spirit ever interpreted before I even knew it was a gift He gives to people. This dream shows us not only how to get to the Secret Place, but also what role the Holy Spirit plays in that trip.

Secret Place Dream

I walked into an Indian encampment,  comprised of teepees in varied states of disrepair. Many other people left the encampment looking for provision.  I approached a minister I was learning from (dark-haired man) and asked if I could go out with him. He allowed me to follow him and picked up a couple of others on the way out.

Finding and Closing Spiritual Gates

Closing Gates Meeting with Prayer
He that dwells in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. (Psalms 91:1)
The opening line to one of the most power-packed prayers in the entire Bible begins by speaking about the Secret Place of God.This is a destination in the spiritual realm where you can be hidden in a private fellowship with God. We are a spirit being in a physical body with a soul (mind, will, and emotions). We can and should connect with our Father, who is a Spirit, in Heaven. The Word also tells us that the Lord is the one who opens the gate (door, portal)  and leads us into these encounters:
I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. (John 10:9)
According to the words of our Lord, there is going in and coming out of the Secret Place through Him. This is the right way to enter into the spirit realm. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the Lord (2 Corinthians 3:17) and He should always be there if we are moving about in the spirit. If we access the realm of the spirit without Him, we may have an open door through which  the enemy can  come in and attack us.

The Key to Meditation & the Secret Place

Basics of Meditation

Meditation means to engage in contemplation or reflection. It is letting go of all the things in this physical world and focusing on something in your mind; your imagination. The Bible tells us that our thoughts are important. Scripture instructs us in what we should be meditating on:
“I will meditate also on all Your work, and talk of Your doings.” (Psalms 77:12 AKJV)
“Meditate on these things; give yourself wholly to them; that your profiting may appear to all.” (1 Timothy 4:14 AKJV)
Paul instructs Timothy to meditate and think on the gifts that had been given to him by the Holy Spirit. When we meditate on the things of God it honors Him. This allows Him to reveal more about those things to us.

The Message of 313

[God’s voice may be heard] if there is for the hearer a messenger or an angel, an interpreter, one among a thousand, to show to man what is right for him [how to be upright and in right standing with God]... (Job 33:23 AMPC)

Interpretation is one of the gifts from the Holy Spirit. It is like a word of wisdom or knowledge. Often this gift is used for dreams, as with Joseph and Daniel, but it can be applied to numbers when they come in a miraculous way.

When I renewed my relationship with God, many years ago, He spoke audibly to me and brought an instant, miraculous healing. My husband's response was, “Good for you, Honey, mind over matter.”

Concerned that he would grieve the Holy Spirit, I began praying for him each night, asking God to speak to Him so that Tony would not miss what He was going to do in my life. After two months, in September of 2001, my husband received the same numbers on his food receipts three days within the same week. Tony, as an Engineer, knew that this was a mathematical impossibility, much like being struck by lightning nine times. Because the cycle of numbers changes each day, it may be many years before a person might receive the same numbers twice. The number Tony received was 313. Here is what the actual numbers mean according to God’s word:

Is this the Holy Spirit?

One day I received a disturbing message from a student at the CoH Academy. She said, “I asked the Holy Spirit if everything was going to go my way in an earthly court case, and He said that I would be victorious. I even tested it by asking if Jesus the Messiah came in the flesh and the spirit agreed. But I lost! How can this happen?”

During my prayer time, I asked the Holy Spirit what happened: “You are never wrong, so it wasn’t you who spoke to her. Was there something wrong with the way the spirit was tested? Is there a way to get around the testing?”

He replied, “I wasn’t speaking to her. The enemy wasn’t speaking to her. It was her own mind. She is too focused on the problem. She is a young Christian; her soul is still dominating her spirit. She has placed this problem above God; it is an idol. Her own mind is in control of it.”

Leviathan

You crushed the heads of Leviathan; You gave him as food for the creatures of the wilderness. You split open springs and brooks; You dried up ever-flowing streams.
(Psalms 74:14-15 ESV)

This is a psalm recounting how God delivered His people from Egypt after they cried out for deliverance. The chronological order of events helps us to identify the armies of Egypt as Leviathan because the next item describes the time after Pharoah’s defeat when God brought water from the rocks in the wilderness.

Abba is Waiting

When things go wrong in my life, I immediately seek the Lord to see if it is a trial or a test, or if I have gone wrong somewhere and left myself open to an attack from the enemy. This is what the Bible tells us to do:

In You, O LORD, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in Your righteousness. (Psalm 31:1 AKJV)

The Hebrew word chacah (khä·säw)  is translated as “put my trust,” but according to “Strong’s Concordance” it means to trust, put hope upon, and seek refuge. The Lord wants us to run to Him when things go wrong in order to be delivered from what is attacking us. It shouldn’t matter if it is the flu that is going around, an accident, or something bigger. We can seek Jesus and ask why it is happening.

Removing Blockages to the Secret Place

...in the secret of His tabernacle shall He hide me; He shall set me up on a rock. (Psalm 27:5 AKJV)

The word “tabernacle” means tent. The Secret Place is called the secret tent of God. This is a psalm (song) of David who had a big destiny with God. A prophet anointed him and declared that he would be the next king of Israel despite the fact that his own father thought so little of him that he wasn’t even called from the field to be tested: the prophet had to ask Jessie if he had any other sons! (1 Samuel 16:11) David was able to walk into his destiny with God because he knew how to abide in the Secret Place. It is God’s great desire to have all His children visit Him there.

Bad Soul Ties

VIDEO: Bad Soul Ties

Soul ties are bridges in the spirit realm that connect to our mind, will, and emotions. Extreme emotions are a key point of contact: Almost any powerful emotional and passionate encounter with other people can form or forge soul ties. Traumas like fights, arguments, strife, accidents, fires, earthquakes, sickness, wars, death, etc. have the potential to establish a negative spiritual influence in our lives. There are good ties, as we discussed in Good Soul Ties. There are also ungodly ties that give the enemy access to us.

Good Ties

One of the ways the enemy can attack us is through a bridge between us, other people, or even places in the spirit realm. These bridges are commonly referred to as soul ties which can be beneficial or harmful.
In this part of the class you will find out:

  • Where soul ties are mentioned in the Bible
  • How soul ties are formed
  • What are the benefits of soul tie

Spiritual Traps Through Technology

Solomon was granted unlimited wisdom. Most scholars point to him as the author of proverbs.

My son, be attentive to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Let them not escape from your sight; keep them within your heart. For they are life to those who find them, and healing to all their flesh.
Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life. Put away from you crooked speech, and put devious talk far from you. (Proverbs 4:20-24 ESV)

Words are powerful. If we entertain gossip with others, a spiritual tie can go down to the “inmost part” of our soul. We don’t have to be physically present with that person. We can partake of gossip through written words or videos, and still find ourselves under attack.
In this modern-day world, we can join with others in many ways. When we like, share, or even watch a video on social media sites e.g., YouTube, we are supporting what is being said. As a Christian, we should consider what we are supporting. What endeavors are you lending your voice to? What spirits are you giving a place to by agreeing (liking, sharing, or listening to), as you watch videos?

And He said to them, “Pay attention to what you hear: with the measure you use, it will be measured to you, and still more will be added to you. For to the one who has, more will be given, and from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.” (Mark 4:24-25 ESV)

Jesus was showing His disciples that they needed to pay attention to what He was teaching them. If they would spend time considering it and meditating upon it, then God would bring them more understanding.

This principle applies to all things, not just godly teaching. What you focus on will be multiplied back to you. Are you thinking more about films with sex, violence, or witchcraft in them than the message you heard about God?

We must guard our hearts against things that are sinful and even messages concerning the Word of God that are very wrong. We should try to avoid supporting them in any way.

A while ago, I was sent a “free” one-hour version of a video about religious leaders on YouTube and was very disturbed by what I saw. While watching this video, a deep fog settled around my head. I knew the video was wrong, but I couldn’t put two thoughts together to understand why. It was this mistake that made me realize that we have to be careful about what we are listening to.

The evidence presented was short clips taken out of context with a lot of accusations and many people saying how great the full video was. The only thing I could pinpoint was that it was nothing more than an hour-long teaser for the paid version. This is the same tactic used in the Garden of Eden. Eve had added to what God said and Satan used that:

“But of the fruit of the tree which is in the middle of the garden, God has said, You shall not eat of it, neither shall you touch it, lest you die.” (Genesis 3:3 AKJV)

God only said not to eat it. Eve added the word “touch.” The snake (Satan) urged Eve to touch the fruit and perhaps when she found that it didn’t harm her, she also ate it. When words are twisted, taken out of context, or added to, the enemy has an opportunity to lead us astray.

This tactic of inflaming facts to draw attention is not new. The evening news figured out years ago that more people watch bad news because it stirs up our emotions. Videos may slant the facts, presenting a wrong view to stir up fear and condemnation for you to like and share so they can make money!

Short comments in this particular video were taken out of context to condemn others - this is not honest or the TRUTH and God is TRUTH. It is easy to pick things apart and stir up a mob, but can you dig through some of the flesh and see the gold underneath?

It was the Pharisees who stirred up the mob to condemn Jesus.

When His disciples wanted to call down fire on those preaching the Gospel but not associated with Jesus, the Lord said, “No. He who is not against us is for us.”

“...Touch not My anointed, and do My prophets no harm.” (1 Chronicles 16:22 AKJV)

When someone has been anointed by God, we are not to come against them. King David was a man after God’s own heart. When Saul was being tormented by demons and sending armies to kill him, David would not attack Saul because he was anointed by God even though David, himself, was also anointed by God.

In 2 Samuel 12, God sent a prophet to correct David for the killing of Bathsheba's husband. The prophet strongly rebuked David for his actions. Nathan the prophet was sent to David to give correction, not to stir up the populace against him. Unless you are a prophet and are sure you are hearing from God to give a correction, you should not touch God's anointed!

Because I had listened to the words of this video that were meant to stir up anger and outrage, a spiritual influence had come upon me. After I spent time in God’s intense presence and broke all soul ties, the fog lifted and I could think again. That was when I knew I had to write this article and warn others to be careful of what they are exposing themselves to.

Don’t watch programs or read articles that stir up your passion for anything that is not God, His Word (Jesus), or the Holy Spirit! It creates an open door that may let the enemy hinder you from receiving guidance from the Holy Spirit. When something is coming against an anointed man or woman of God, this is the most dangerous type of video; listening to it may cause a spiritual hindrance.

What you find in some videos and posts on social media are meant to stir up people who will LIKE, SHARE and WATCH, so that a profit can be made. Because they are invoking intense emotions in a skewed manner, it leaves our spirits open to influences that are not from God. If you like or share prayer requests and say amen, you may be coming into wrong agreement, which could bring an attack from the enemy as well. See the Traps When Praying class for information about what to look out for concerning wrong agreement.

Be careful not to come into agreement with wrong prayers. God doesn’t work through fear and condemnation.

DON’T LIKE, SHARE or even WATCH these types of things!

If you do come into wrong agreement, it is easy to fix what you have done with the help of our Lord. The best prayer I have ever heard for severing soul ties was from a Team Member at OCC:

Lord Jesus, please remove any ties to my soul. I desire to be holy for YOU. For it is written, “You shall be holy, for I AM holy” (1 Peter 1:16 KJV) To be separated unto YOU and YOU alone, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, according to the word of GOD. (Hebrews 4:12) I take the sword of the Spirit – Your Word – (for YOUR Word God is quick, and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." (Hebrews 4:12)) – and sever any ties in YOUR mighty Name. In YOUR name, Jesus, I thank YOU for cutting any ties to my spirit. Any bridge that was developed through prayer/thoughts/words. Mighty GOD, I ask you to strengthen all ties to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name AMEN!

When we back up our actions with the rightly applied Word of God, it is more powerful than anything in this world! As children of God, our words are very powerful. We need to be aware that words can help us or open us to danger. The electronic age has another pitfall we should look out for as well.

Dangers of Avatars

Avatars are a concept in Hinduism that means coming from another level, a descent. It is primarily used in connection with the physical appearance or incarnation of many of their gods on Earth. This is why they use a term meaning descent, referring to spirits moving from one plane of existence to another.
Does this mean that an avatar is evil? The word is merely describing what they believe is occurring.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
(John 1:1 AKJV)
Jesus is the Word. He was God in the flesh and a man on this Earth. For this reason, some may refer to Jesus as the avatar of Yahweh.
Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
(1 Thessalonians 5:23 ESV)

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5 ESV)

Paul makes it very clear that we are a spirit who has a soul and lives in a body. This confirms what God said to Jeremiah: He knew us before we were born. This means we existed in Heaven before we were born here on Earth. Every human being is an avatar according to the Hindu concept of the original word.

We understand that like many words, though the original definition of the word was linked to a spirit taking bodily form, in the modern-day world we now use this term to refer to a broader spectrum closer to a representation rather than an actual manifestation. According to Merriam-Webster:

  1. a variant phase or version of a continuing basic entity the latest avatar of the conservative movement
  2. an electronic image that represents and may be manipulated by a computer user (as in a game)

Most people see an “avatar,” in the most basic sense, as representing a living entity that has taken a different form. This type of system has been used in many cultures in a myriad of ways, though they were not referred to as avatars by:

  • The Government
  • In Games
  • On Electronic Systems

There are dangers involved in these representations as well, which we will address. The primary danger comes from misusing the word “avatar” which has a spiritual connection. Satan is a legalist. He loves to use our words against us.

But I say to you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by your words you shall be justified, and by your words you shall be condemned. (Matthew 12:36-37 AKJV)

When we begin confessing that we have an “avatar” then we are saying that our spirit is attached to that item. Likewise, if a program or game says to create your “avatar” we may be in danger of coming into the wrong agreement with what will happen.
We need to find a better, more accurate way to describe what is actually occurring. No one actually believes that they are being physically created in a game or an electronic device, yet by calling it an “avatar” this is what we are declaring it to be. Let’s look at some of the ways we are represented by another object and see if there is a better way to describe what is going on.

Avatars in Government

Since 1936, America implemented a system of identifying people for financial and legal purposes. People are assigned a social security number which represents who they are to the government. We can use this to identify ourselves in legal and financial matters.  The very specific and accurate name given to the representation puts it into its proper place:

  • Social: our place in society
  • Security: to secure into place
  • Number: a nine-digit number represents us

Every American should be aware of the dangers of having their social security number in the wrong hands, especially if their full name and birth date are also acquired by others. With these key pieces of information our identity can be stolen, our finances can be attacked, and our life can be greatly disrupted. Just like social security numbers, other identifying representations can bring dangers into our lives.

Game Components

Game pieces representing persons, places, and things have been around since the release of Monopoly at the very least. In this board game, we boldly declare, “I am the hat,” “I am the shoe,” “I am the iron,” etc. Every move that the hat makes in the Monopoly board game, the player is responsible for. If the player with the hat game piece makes a move and lands on the “go to jail” square, that player must pay $50 to get out of jail. That player doesn’t actually change into the hat, so it is not an “avatar.” That piece is merely representing you in the game. The items are correctly labeled:

  • Game - a contest with specific rules
  • Piece - a part of a larger whole

Operating through a game piece that you control and that represents you may still have a few dangers. It is a long-held debate on whether our actions in a game can be held against us. If lying is expected in playing a certain game, are we guilty of the sin of lying?

Like a madman who casts firebrands, arrows, and death, So is the man who deceives his neighbor and then says, Was I not joking? (Proverbs 26:18-19 AMPC)

Jesus made it clear that the sin of lust and murder occurs in our hearts. In this scripture, it seems that even if we deceive or lie to others, and then claim to be joking, it is not okay with God.

I have endured much ridicule in life because I do not like to lie, even in a game. If the game requires lying, I abstain. Why would I want to run the chance of walking crosswise with God for a game! It isn’t worth it.

Electronic Avatars

Since the development of video games, we have been using electronic representations. The very first “role-playing game” RPG in 1979 was called Avatar. According to Wikipedia:

The use of the term avatar for the on-screen representation of the user was coined in 1985 by Richard Garriott for the computer game Ultima IV: Quest of the Avatar. In this game, Garriott desired the player's character to be his Earth-self manifested into the virtual world. Garriott did this because he wanted the real player to be responsible for the character's in-game actions due to the ethical parables he designed in the story.

We should consider this original intent anytime we have a character on a screen that we are controlling. Could the actions we command to be done be spiritually dangerous? There are some actions in a game that do not involve other people. Spiritually speaking, you may not be committing a sin because you haven’t acted against a person. However, you may want to consider:

  • Lies are told to other people: If we lie to an NPC (non-player character) we are not really lying to a person, for it is only a computer program. Can repeatedly performing this action make it seem that lying is not such a big deal?
  • Murder is committed when a person actually dies, so killing someone in a game is not murder. Does our heart become more accepting of extreme measures, even death to achieve our goals?

There are actions that our electronic representative or avatar can perform which are sins. There doesn’t need to be a recipient of the action to qualify it as a sin in God’s eyes:

  • Worshiping other gods: if the person we are in control of has to worship another god, and we are commanding that avatar to perform that action, then we are guilty.
  • Performing magic spells: witchcraft and spells need no recipient to open a door to the enemy. The act of performing the spell is opening the door.
  • Cursing: as Christians we are told to bless and not curse. We are also told to let no profane language come out of our mouths. Do not let the excuse “it is only a game” lead you into cursing.

If a game requires these actions, you should abstain. If you have performed them, you could confess and plead the blood over the actions you come into agreement with. We should not add to these dangers by referring to the image on the screen as our “avatar.” We are then confessing that we are placing ourselves into that game, creating a legal spiritual link.

How should we refer to an image that may take on either a two-dimensional form as an icon in Internet forums and other online communities or a three-dimensional form, as in games or virtual worlds. The term “picons” (personal icons) was used to identify a graphical representation of a user or the user's character or persona for some time but has been pushed out of popularity by the word avatar. We need to bring this word back because it correctly identifies what is happening:

  • Personal - it is chosen by and may even look like us
  • Icon - a symbol or graphic representation

The words comprising “picon” correctly identify what is happening when we create electronic representations of ourselves. We do hope you will pray about coming into agreement with the concept of avatars.

Believer's Boot Camp series

Believers' Boot Camp - Volume One
Believers' Boot Camp: Volume Two

Many people think of boot camp as a place where you train for combat. Any veteran will tell you that basic training is about three things:

  • Knowing what weapons are available
  • Learning how to use those weapons
  • Receiving orders and following them
Believer’s Boot Camp series is a collection of books that teach us how to hear more clearly from God with the goal to ready ourselves for a face-to-face meeting with our Lord, Jesus. The series reveals the “weapons and tools” God has given us and how to use them, so we can bring God’s kingdom to Earth. Each book in the series focuses on a single topic to clearly define one tool or weapon from our Heavenly Father.

The series uses the Word of God to reveal all that He has given us through Jesus. The Bible is our instruction manual and the Holy Spirit is our guide to understanding it.

Why Doesn't God Speak to Me?

Believers’ Boot Camp, Volume 1

Eager hearts cry out, hoping for a single word to confirm that He hears us. Yet, many times the only sound is silence. Over the years I have heard several reasons why God speaks to some and not to others. One night, as I tossed and turned, I brought each of these reasons before the Lord, stating why each of them did not line up with who I thought He was.

Words rose from my soul, pleading for Him to reveal why He has remained silent when a single word from Him would mean so much to so many. For the next few hours, God used things I learned about years ago and things I had just discovered to show why He talks to some and why He doesn’t, and in demonstrative ways.

In His grace, He also showed me how people could hear more from Him. Basic instructions on how to hear more from God and how to be led by Him are included in this book. Thank you for taking time to consider the answers I received and share with you now.

Keys to Authority for Every Believer

Believers’ Boot Camp, Volume 2

There is untapped power that is easy for every Christian to access in the form of authority. The keys to this authority will unlock weapons we can use to free ourselves from the attacks of the enemy. We must be intimately aware of the bounds and limitations of our weapon if they are to be used effectively.

Find out about your authority:
  • Why you need it.
  • Where it comes from.
  • What you can do with it.
  • How to get more.

Destroying Curses in the Courts of Heaven

Believers’ Boot Camp, Volume 3

Our rights to appear in the Courts of Heaven have been greatly undervalued. The missing key to our authority is here. Jesus has provided the access and the Bible shows us the court procedures. When we learn to operate in our rightful place as children of the Most High, the enemy will be defeated and we will see the victory we have prayed for.

The death of Jesus freed us from the curse of the law. However, we must declare this freedom just as we must make a declaration for our salvation.

  • Can curses be passed to our children?
  • What are signs of a curse?
  • How do you get rid of one?

Every answer is backed by scripture. Come and find out how easy it is to be free!

Roadmap to Heaven

Believers’ Boot Camp, Volume 4

As I meditated and sought the Lord, a vision overcame me. A “Roadmap to Heaven” was deposited into my soul. We are entering a season of unparalleled access to Heaven. Jesus is calling all who are His to visit with Him in the Secret Place of the Most High.

  • What is the Secret Place?
  • How do we enter?
  • What will we find there?

The Bible holds the answers, the mystery has been revealed. As you use the map given in this book to journey to the Secret Place, discover your destiny, and find the gifts the Holy Spirit will bring along the way.

Getting Grace & Mercy for Our Children

Children are nearest and dearest to the hearts and minds of their parents. In a series of visions, the Lord has revealed to us what we can expect when we pray for our children, especially as we place them before the Throne of Grace. This revelation can be applied to others outside our family as well. It was the prayers and determination of one mother that helped bring this revelation to light.

At our Tea and Coffee meeting, Jalo asked why things were getting worse for her son, Quin, when he was at the Throne of Grace. I gave this example of a natural application:

You have a young child who is prone to wandering. There is a highway on a hill nearby. You know that your child could be killed if they wander onto that road. You know the danger, but your child does not. In an attempt to keep your child from dying, you place barbed wire and other painful obstacles between your child and the road. The closer your child gets to the road, the more painful the obstacles. Some determined children will push through painful obstacles, but it is the grace and mercy of God that keeps putting more painful things between eternal death and His children.

Highest Level in the Courts of Heaven

My family took a few days off during the celebration of our Independence Day, the 4th of July. Although I was gone from the ministry, God brought a major revelation about operating in the Courts of Heaven. Here is how the Lord made this revelation perfectly clear to me:

It was late when we arrived at Grandma’s cabin: the family was exhausted. The smell of cat urine came forcibly to my senses in two different spots, one downstairs and one upstairs. The Holy Spirit had used this type of discernment before, so I knew it meant demons were present.

What is a Curse?

And to Adam He said, Because you have listened and given heed to the voice of your wife and have eaten of the tree of which I commanded you, saying, You shall not eat of it, the ground is under a curse because of you; in sorrow and toil shall you eat [of the fruits] of it all the days of your life. (Genesis 3:17 AMPC)
And I will bless those who bless you [who confer prosperity or happiness upon you] and curse him who curses or uses insolent language toward you... (Genesis 12:3)

To remove attacks, we must identify them and know why they are allowed in our lives. A curse is a legal right for the enemy to afflict us in some way. The first mention of a curse in the Bible is when God put a curse upon the ground after Adam and Eve ate of the tree of knowledge (Genesis 3:17). God also told Abraham that He would curse those who dishonored him (Genesis 12:3).

Seeing God Face to Face - 3rd Step of the Aaronic Blessing

“And the LORD spoke to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend… (Exodus 33:11)
Most people know that God spoke to Moses face to face. Did you know that this was God’s will for all His people, but because they had forgotten God’s ways, they were too afraid to do it:

The Power of the Aaronic Blessing - 2nd Step: the Secret Place

The Lord gave the Aaronic Blessing to Aaron with instructions that this should be said over all His people by the priests. The hands were to be held in a certain way…

Preparing for Intercession

When intercession is done for family members or friends, you will need to prepare for what is to come. Unlike interceding for strangers, when family or friends are involved we remain part of the process that is initiated with our prayer. Even if we are not leading the prayer, there will be an important part for us to play in order to receive fruit (good results) from a prayer of intercession.

On occasion, the Online Christian Church has seen the hearts of kids instantly open up after their parents remove the charges from the enemy giving generational curses a place. Unfortunately, this is rare. People have free will so their hearts must be ready to turn to God. More often than not, change takes time: it is a journey, not a magic pill.

If God has placed others on your heart, you need to be prepared to be used by God.

Seeing God Face to Face - 1st Step

God supernaturally implanted the “Roadmap to Heaven” inside my spirit. Little did I know that the key which brought this revelation held the key to opening the path to the Secret Place...

Holy Imagination & the Secret Place

During our Tea & Coffee meeting, the topic came up: Should we be using our imagination, envisioning the Secret Place, Throne Room, Jesus, or Heaven to visit with the Lord by picturing the Secret Place, Throne Room, Jesus, or Heaven?

We had invited the Holy Spirit to lead the meeting, and I was shocked by what He revealed.

Teachings about using our “holy imagination” to enter Heaven are becoming prevalent in the Church. What is “holy imagination?” The word “holy” means separate, set apart, sanctified. Can our imagination be holy?

Resting in God to Enter the Secret Place

Rest seems to be an important topic in the New Testament: it is mentioned more than 75 times. I have found resting in God to be one of the most challenging parts of my Christian walk, but is crucial if we are to visit the Lord face to face in the Secret Place. I’m probably not alone in these difficulties because they are mentioned in the Bible:
“Let us labor therefore to enter into that rest...” (Hebrews 4:11 AKJV)
“Resting in God” sounds like it should be easy to do. Just sit back and relax. Yet here in Hebrews, it seems that it may be a challenge to do. Laboring to enter rest sounds like an oxymoron: the two things seem to contradict each other. This struggle begs us to ask:
  • What is resting in God?
  • What are the benefits of resting?
  • What can keep us from resting?

Higher Levels in the Courts

The Throne of Grace is a wonderful place to be. The attacks of the enemy are eased so that we can grow and learn from God. As you begin to grow in the knowledge of the Courts you may begin to wonder:
  • Are there levels to the Courts of Heaven?
  • What do we need to do to operate in the Courts with more authority?

Receiving MORE from the Courts

Each new revelation from God seems to be so effective as it begins, then it begins to degrade over time. Why is this? God is always the same, so why do things change?

We must find the answers to these questions now because the revelation of the Courts of Heaven is in danger of becoming ineffective; an "old wineskin." To understand why, we need to know what the Bible says about old wineskin. If you have not been immersed in the Christian culture, this term may be unfamiliar to you. What does it mean to be an “old wineskin?” Three out of the four accounts in the Bible record our Lord talking about this, so it must be important:

2nd Vision: Coming Destruction of Churches

I received a vision in the night about judgment coming to the church. This came in two scenes. Here are the visions and interpretations:

Trouble Receiving Grace & Mercy

VIDEO: Trouble with Grace

After the Lord revealed how to appropriate the fullness of grace and mercy that His sacrifice provided, we saw immediate results as people began to be set free of everything from mental, emotional, and physical healing to demonic oppression they didn’t know was there until it was lifted. We also received messages from people who were still under a heavy attack from the enemy.

We sought the Lord as to why this was happening. Wasn’t His grace for everyone? The most common reasons for remaining under attack were:

  1. Not being eligible for the Throne of Grace.
  2. Not confessing sin.
  3. Not renouncing binding agreements with the enemy.
  4. Not learning God’s ways.
  5. Not understanding grace and mercy.

I want to assure you that receiving prayer for grace and mercy really does work! This is what happened when someone, let’s call her Agnes, was brought into the Courts right after our meeting about grace and mercy:

Interceding for Others

Our Lord has revealed how to appropriate the fullness of His grace and mercy for ourselves by residing at the Throne of Grace. Can we intercede for the ones we love so that they are free from the attacks of the enemy? Let’s look at what the Bible tells us.

According to chapter 9 in the Book of Daniel, as we have discussed, he intercedes for his people and his nation. He did so with a grieved and sorrowful heart, confessing that God had rightfully punished his people and his nation.  In a broad, general way, he acknowledged the following:

  • The sins being committed
  • The ancestors’ sins
  • The lack of repentance for the sins
  • The lack of knowing God’s ways

Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. (James 5:16 ESV)

Receiving Grace and Mercy in the Courts of Heaven

The revelation of grace and mercy came as we prepared for the Feast of Passover; it would be the last one before the glory of God was revealed. He suffered and died for this purpose, and I realized that He was showing us how to use the gift of grace and mercy as the yearly celebration neared. We should seek grace from the Lord while we learn about the Courts of Heaven.

We have learned how to appropriate the blood of Jesus in the Courts.

... for the accuser of our brethren, he who keeps bringing before our God charges against them day and night, has been cast out! And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony and they loved not their lives unto the death.... (Revelation 12:10-11 ESV)

Passover: Foreshadow of the Two Witnesses & the Rapture

If you have been to an Easter Sunday service, the chances are you have heard about the correlation between Christ and the Passover Lamb when God’s people fled Egypt. As I spoke with the Lord about the Passover message for this year, He pointed out that it was also a foreshadow of what is to come. There many parts of Passover that are a direct foreshadow of one aspect of the Tribulation.
  1. The Setting
  2. The Job
  3. The Climax
  4. The Payment
  5. The Reward
  6. The Rapture
These six things were echoed in the life of Jesus and the life of the two that will come to proclaim His return and the rapture itself.

Why God Speaks: Chosen or Called

Why does God talk to some people more than He does to others? How does God choose to whom He speaks? It is undeniable; God does speak and move more in the lives of some “chosen” people.

For many are called (invited, summoned), but few are chosen. (Matthew 22:14 AMP)

One thing about this passage always troubled me. The Greek word used in this scripture for “many” is polys. The Greek word for “all” is pas, which is not used here. Why not? Does this mean that there are some who are never called by God? Not at all! The word polys can also be used to mean much or most. Simply put, it should read: Almost everyone is called, but the remaining few are chosen.

Why God is Silent

A popular 1980s Garth Brooks’ song says:

“Sometimes I thank God for unanswered prayers
Remember when you're talkin' to the man upstairs
That just because he doesn't answer doesn't mean he don't care
Some of God's greatest gifts are unanswered prayers.”

Though this is not a “Church” song, the lyrics really speak to a topic that affects many Christians. When we pray, God doesn’t seem to answer. When the situation is important to our hearts, this silence may compromise our relationship with our Heavenly Father and how we perceive Him. In order to hear from God, it helps to know why God is sometimes silent. If we don’t understand this, bitterness and disbelief may creep into our hearts.

Removing Wrong Answers

In order to hear from God, we need to prepare our hearts for what He may say to us. If we have misconception about how and why God speaks, this may hinder us from receiving from Him.

For years my husband persisted in asking me, “Why won’t God just say ‘hi’ to everyone on the planet? You say that He is love, and that people go to Hell for not believing in Him. It seems like if He really loved us that much, He would at least say ‘hi,’ then we would know that He is real.”

How do we Find Abba?

Our Lord shows us three ways to address God in the Book of Luke, as Father, Friend, and Judge. When the disciples ask how to pray, He instructs them with the first step in our relationship with God:

“...Our Father who is in Heaven…” (Luke 11:2 AMPC)

The most important place to approach God is as Father. We must see Him as our kind, compassionate, loving Father. This can be quite challenging if we don’t have that kind of dad here on the Earth.

Rose Ceremony in the Secret Place

The Holy Spirit has been encouraging me to worship God in a unique way. Worship music fills the room as I crochet. My hands are busy with the simple task while my heart and mind worship the Lord.  Last week, when I worshipped this way, I had one of the most unique encounters with Jesus when he strengthened my spiritual body (CLICK HERE to read about that).

Meditation & Journaling

This is a Moses generation. God wants to bring all His children to “The Secret Place” where He can speak to them face-to-face. He did this with Moses, and it was His original intent to have all of Israel visit Him this way. It can be seen in the recorded psalm of Moses:
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty… (Psalms 91:1)

A Strengthened Spirit in the Secret Place

Even though the week wasn’t over, it had been a hard one. Two days before teaching about discernment, the Lord was kind enough to bring a correction that will help many avoid the traps of the enemy when receiving discernment from the Holy Spirit. I had been under attack from the enemy for a while and couldn’t find the cause.  At one point I literally felt blows to my spirit man. When the situation was resolved, I felt lighter, surrounded by a peace that I didn’t know was diminished until the fullness of it returned. When I look back now, I can see the warning and information given by the Lord,  all applied to this correction… as they say, “Hindsight is twenty-twenty.”

That afternoon, I followed the gentle nudges of the Holy Spirit: I set aside the pile of work waiting for me and put on some worship music while I was working on crocheting the afghan for my husband. The night before I had discovered some more yarn for the project - if I took out a few rows, this yarn would really make a much better looking finished project.

Conversations with God 5

Did you know that our thoughts travel as neural pulses in our brain at a speed of around 275 mph? No wonder it can be difficult to ‘catch’ what God is saying to us because He speaks to us through our thoughts. Journaling helps us to slow down our thoughts so we can connect with our motor skills and write them down. From this we can learn to slow our thinking down and begin to hear God’s responses to our conversations with Him.

Cursed Objects

VIDEO: Cursed Items

And God did unusual and extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul, so that handkerchiefs or towels or aprons which had touched his skin were carried away and put upon the sick, and their diseases left them and the evil spirits came out of them. (Acts 19:11-12 AMPC)

Neither shall you bring an abomination into your house, lest you be a cursed thing like it: but you shall utterly detest it, and you shall utterly abhor it; for it is a cursed thing. (Deuteronomy 7:26 AKJV)

Paul's handkerchief carried the anointing of God; His very presence upon it. Other objects carried evil, or a curse upon them. We have discovered that certain physical objects can hinder us from:

  •     Receiving revelation from God
  •     Concentrating on the things of God
  •     Receiving healing
