“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do men light a lamp and put it under a peck measure, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all in the house. Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, noble, and good deeds and recognize and honor and praise and glorify your Father Who is in heaven.” (Matthew 5:14-15)This is the verse which concerned me. Was keeping the group closed to members only hiding the Light with us? We have had some awesome testimonies and people wanted to share them, but they couldn’t… this seemed wrong.
I wasn’t sure making it OPEN was right either so I put it out to the Facebook group. One of the CoH Team spoke as God asked them to and helped put it into perspective. The Courts of Heaven group is based on prayer - that is how we enter the courts. Making the group public would be exposing the personal prayers to the world. Talking with the Lord, He provided the scripture:
But when you pray, go into your [most] private room, and, closing the door, pray to your Father, Who is in secret; and your Father, Who sees in secret, will reward you in the open. (Matthew 6:6)If you went to a church for prayer, they wouldn’t expect you to do it out in front of the world. They would take you into a private room and minister to you there. But how about letting our light shine?
The Courts of Heaven - Worldwide is part of Agape Christian Fellowship. I will be remodeling that Facebook page as well as creating a website for ACF. If you have a testimony and don’t mind it being public, I will share it on the Agape Christian Fellowship page, along with the original post and information about the Courts of Heaven. This way people can discuss things and ask questions in the Courts of Heaven group freely and if they like a post, they can find it on the Agape page and share it from there.

Many people think of boot camp as a place you train for combat. Any veteran will tell you that basic training is about three things:

Believer’s Boot Camp series is a collection of books which teach us how to hear more clearly from God with the goal to ready ourselves for a face-to-face meeting with our Lord, Jesus. The series reveals the “weapons and tools” God has given us and how to use them, so we can bring God’s kingdom to Earth. Each book in the series focuses on a single topic to clearly define one tool or weapon from our Heavenly Father.
The series uses the Word of God to reveal all that He has given us through Jesus. The Bible is our instruction manual and the Holy Spirit is our guide to understanding it.

Eager hearts cry out, hoping for a single word to confirm that He hears us. Yet, many times the only sound is silence. Over the years I have heard several reasons why God speaks to some and not to others. One night, as I tossed and turned, I brought each of these reasons before the Lord, stating why each of them did not line up with who I thought He was.
Words rose from my soul, pleading for Him to reveal why He has remained silent when a single word from Him would mean so much to so many. For the next few hours, God used things I learned about years ago and things I had just discovered to show why He talks to some and why He doesn’t, and in demonstrative ways.
In His grace, He also showed me how people could hear more from Him. Basic instructions on how to hear more from God and how to be led by Him are included in this book. Thank you for taking time to consider the answers I received and share with you now.
