The Message of 313

[God’s voice may be heard] if there is for the hearer a messenger or an angel, an interpreter, one among a thousand, to show to man what is right for him [how to be upright and in right standing with God]... (Job 33:23 AMPC)

Interpretation is one of the gifts from the Holy Spirit. It is like a word of wisdom or knowledge. Often this gift is used for dreams, as with Joseph and Daniel, but it can be applied to numbers when they come in a miraculous way.

When I renewed my relationship with God, many years ago, He spoke audibly to me and brought an instant, miraculous healing. My husband's response was, “Good for you, Honey, mind over matter.”

Concerned that he would grieve the Holy Spirit, I began praying for him each night, asking God to speak to Him so that Tony would not miss what He was going to do in my life. After two months, in September of 2001, my husband received the same numbers on his food receipts three days within the same week. Tony, as an Engineer, knew that this was a mathematical impossibility, much like being struck by lightning nine times. Because the cycle of numbers changes each day, it may be many years before a person might receive the same numbers twice. The number Tony received was 313. Here is what the actual numbers mean according to God’s word:

3 - perfection in the spirit
1 - God
Add 3 + 1 + 3 = 7 which means perfection and completion in the physical

The night my husband received these numbers for the second time in the exact same way, more than 20 years later, the Holy Spirit showed me how these numbers apply to the body of Christ. In the number “313” the one is surrounded by threes. If we focus on God, if He is the center of our world, He will bring us from “glory to glory.” We will become perfect in the spirit day by day. It will add up to seven, God’s number of perfection in the physical.

When we receive revelation from God, we should always confirm it within the Word of God:

“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way and [that your body] may keep well, even as [I know] your soul keeps well and prospers.” (3 John 1:2 AMPC)

This verse is so often quoted and is very true. If we look at the next verse, we will see the fullness of what is expected:

For I rejoiced greatly when the brothers came and testified of the truth that is in you, even as you walk in the truth. (3 John 1:3 AKJV) (yes, a type of 313…)

Not only must we learn God’s ways and His truth, but we must also walk in them. As we remain focused on God and do this, our soul (mind, will, and emotions) will line up with God. This will begin to allow Him to move in our physical lives, eventually bringing us to the perfect destiny God has for us. This is the meaning of the number seven: perfection in the physical for God created the Heavens and the Earth in seven days.

The Holy Spirit said to look at the scriptures in the Old Testament to receive a message from God for this specific time. There are A LOT of scripture verses, yet God has confirmed His message for this time in His Word. When interpreting scriptures to apply for today, we must consider not only the words that are being stated, but also why they are being said. If it is a person, we need to know who they are and what they did. The New Testament tells us that the Torah, the first five books of the Bible, is good for learning. These scriptures will apply to the entire body of Christ.

When a book of the Bible has both a 3:13 and 31:3 verse these verses work together to make a complete statement. They will be labeled 1 & 2 so that you can easily identify them. Each scripture will be added to the prophecy from the Lord in the 313 Revelation. Here is what the Bible says about 313:

Genesis

And the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this you have done? And the woman said, the serpent beguiled (cheated, outwitted, and deceived) me, and I ate.” (Genesis 3:13 AMPC)

1. Satan has tricked mankind into sin.

Then the Lord said to Jacob, “Return to the land of your fathers and to your people, and I will be with you.” (Genesis 31:3 AMPC)

2. We must return to the ways of our home: the Kingdom of Heaven.

Exodus

And Moses said to God, “Behold, when I come to the Israelites and say to them, The God of your fathers has sent me to you,” and they say to me, "What is His name? What shall I say to them?” (Exodus 3:13 AMPC)

1. God will send a leader to show you the way. He sent John the Baptist with the mantle of Elijah before His first coming, this time He will send someone with the mantle of Moses to prepare lead His people out of sin.

And I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom and ability, in understanding and intelligence, and in knowledge, and in all kinds of craftsmanship… (Exodus 31:3 AMPC)

2. The mantle will equip this person to do the job God has for them.

Leviticus

And lay his hands upon its head, and kill it before the Tent of Meeting, and the sons of Aaron shall throw its blood against the altar roundabout. (Leviticus 3:13 AMPC)

  • They will reveal the truth about the Sacrifice God has sent for our sin, Jesus.

Numbers

For all the firstborn are Mine. On the day that I slew all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, I consecrated for Myself all the firstborn in Israel, both man and beast; Mine they shall be. I am the Lord. (Numbers 3:13 AMPC)

1. It is time for those called to the service of the Lord to come forth...

And Moses said to the people, “Arm men from among you for the war, that they may go against Midian and execute the Lord’s vengeance on Midian [for seducing Israel].” (Numbers 31:3 AMPC)

2. For the time of the final battle is at hand: Tribulation.

The first four chapters create this word from the Lord so far:

313 Revelation:

Satan has tricked mankind into sin. We must return to the ways of our home: the Kingdom of Heaven. God will a leader equipped in the mantle of Moses to show you the way. The leader will be filled with the Spirit and be very skilled. He/she will reveal the truth about the Sacrifice God has sent for our sin, Jesus. It is time for those called to the service of the Lord to come forth for the time of the final battle is at hand: Tribulation.

Deuteronomy

The rest of Gilead and all of Bashan, the kingdom of Og, that is, all the region of Argob in Bashan, I gave to the half-tribe of Manasseh. It is called the land of Rephaim [of giant stature]. (Deuteronomy 3:13 AMPC)

* Background: Manasseh was the son of Joseph and his gentile wife who was adopted into the 12 tribes of Israel by Jacob, they received the inheritance of God’s people just as gentiles are now adopted into God’s family.

1. Everyone is welcomed into the family of God and able to have their rightful place as a child of the Most High.

The Lord your God will Himself go over before you, and He will destroy these nations from before you, and you shall dispossess them. And Joshua shall go over before you, as the Lord has said. (Deuteronomy 31:3 AMPC)

2. God is clearing the path before you so that you may come into the destiny and inheritance God has for you.

Joshua

When the soles of the feet of the priests who bear the ark of the Lord of all the Earth shall rest in the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan coming down from above shall be cut off and they shall stand in one heap. (Joshua 3:13 AMPC)

* Background: The ark held the Law (Ten Commandments) and the presence of God. A river is a barrier to cross.

  • By entering into the presence of God and understanding His ways, barriers will be crossed.

With these scriptures, we can now add another paragraph onto the prophecy:

313 Revelation:

Everyone is welcomed into the family of God and able to have their rightful place as a child of the Most High. God is clearing the path before you so that you may come into the destiny and inheritance God has for you. By entering into the presence of God and understanding His ways, barriers will be crossed.

Judges

He gathered to himself the Ammonites and the Amalekites, and went and defeated Israel. And they took possession of the city of palms. (Judges 3:13 ESV)

* Background: This is from “Judges,” where God gave His people into the hands of the enemy when they refused to walk in His ways.

  • God is the Just Judge and will give those who will not walk in His ways over to the enemy.

Ruth

Remain tonight, and in the morning if he will perform for you the part of a kinsman, good; let him do it. But if he will not do the part of a kinsman for you, then, as the Lord lives, I will do the part of a kinsman for you. Lie down until the morning. (Ruth 3:13 AMPC)

* Background: The story of Ruth is really the story of our redemption through Jesus. She was a gentile woman who remained at the feet of a man who would become her husband and because of this, she is in the direct ancestral line of Jesus. After spending the night at his feet, she was redeemed and her life was saved.

  • We need to sit at the feet of Jesus so we may be saved from the attacks of Satan that the Just Judge has allowed to come upon us.

1 Samuel

And I [now] announce to him that I will judge and punish his house forever for the iniquity of which he knew, for his sons were bringing a curse upon themselves [blaspheming God], and he did not restrain them. (1 Samuel 3:13 AMPC)

1. God has sent judgments against people because leaders have not taught them to rid themselves of sin, but instead have continued in sin.

The battle went heavily against Saul, and the archers severely wounded him. (1 Samuel 31:3 AMPC)

* Background: Saul was the leader of Israel.

2. Leaders will be greatly wounded by Satan because of these judgments.

Let’s combine this with what we have received so far:

313 Revelation:

God is the Just Judge and will give those who will not walk in His ways over to the enemy.  We need to sit at the feet of Jesus so we may be saved from the attacks of Satan. God has sent judgments against people because leaders have not taught them to rid themselves of sin, but instead have continued in sin.  Leaders will be greatly wounded by Satan because of these judgments.

2 Samuel

And David said, “Good. I will make a league with you. But I require one thing of you: that is, you shall not see my face unless you first bring Michal, Saul’s daughter, when you come to see me.” (2 Samuel 3:13 AMPC)

* Background: David was the ruler of God’s people. Michal was his promised bride. Jesus is the King over every Christian.

  • The Lord is calling His prospective Bride into His presence to meet with Him at this time.

1 Kings

I have also given you what you have not asked, both riches and honor so that there shall not be any among the kings equal to you all your days. (1 Kings 3:13 AMPC)

* Background: This is the promise given to Solomon that came with the wisdom of God. The New Testament states, “May you prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers.”

  • Those who seek the Lord and His wisdom will receive provision from Him in this season.

2 Kings

And Elisha said to the king of Israel, “What have I to do with you? Go to the prophets of your [wicked] father Ahab and your [wicked] mother Jezebel.” But the king of Israel said to him, “No, for the Lord has called [us] three kings together to be delivered into the hand of Moab.” (2 Kings 3:13 AMPC)

* Background: Elisha was a true prophet, but the land was filled with many false prophets.

  • There is coming a time when the kings of the land are going to be handed over to Satan through a false prophet. Look for the true prophets of God… beware of the false ones.

1 Chronicles

Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son, (1 Chronicles 3:13 AKJV)

  • This Book of Chronicles lists the order of certain events. Here are three kings of Israel. We must know what each represents to apply it.
    • Ahaz: a very evil king who brought much idolatry into Israel.
    • Hezekiah: A righteous king who cleaned up his father’s mess. He refused to pay tribute and died because of it.
    • Manasseh: King at a very young age, he appeared to be following in the footsteps of his father by keeping Israel right before God, but fell into evil counsel.

  • Israel had made idols out of traditions and refused to acknowledge the Messiah. Then in the age of Christianity, many tried to do right, but the world was still not giving God the honor He deserves (tribute) so now the world is being handed over to the enemy. There is another ruler coming, the AntiChrist, who will seem good, but will be in league with the enemy.

Before God gives the horrible news of what is coming, He gives encouragement to those who are following the Lord.

313 Revelation:

The Lord is calling His prospective Bride into His presence to meet with Him at this time. Those who seek the Lord and His wisdom will receive provision from Him in this season.

There is coming a time when the kings of the land are going to be handed over to Satan through a false prophet. Look for the true prophets of God… beware of the false ones. Israel had made idols out of traditions and refused to acknowledge the Messiah. Then in the age of Christianity, many tried to do right, but the world was still not giving God the honor He deserves (tribute) so now the world is being handed over to the enemy. There is another ruler coming, the AntiChrist, who will seem good, but will be in league with the enemy.

2 Chronicles

The wings of these cherubim extended twenty cubits; the cherubim stood on their feet, their faces toward the Holy Place. (2 Chronicles 3:13 AMPC)

1. God is sending out His angels who look to Him for directions.

King Hezekiah’s personal contribution was for the burnt offerings: [those] of morning and evening, for the Sabbaths, for the New Moons, and for the appointed feasts, as written in the Law of the Lord. (2 Chronicles 31:3 AMPC)

* This is the good king of Israel who was operating in the ways of God.

2. Angels have been dispatched to help God’s people who are walking in His ways as they prepare for what is coming.

Ezra

So the people could not distinguish the shout of joy from the sound of the weeping of the people, for the people shouted with a loud shout, and the sound was heard far off. (Ezra 3:13 AMPC)

  • For those listening and walking with the Lord, this is going to be a time of great rejoicing, even as calamity comes.

Nehemiah

The Valley Gate [the main entrance in the west wall, the Jaffa Gate] was repaired by Hanun and the inhabitants of Zanoah. They built it and set up its doors, its bolts, and its bars and repaired a thousand cubits of the wall, as far as the Dung Gate. (Nehemiah 3:13 AMPC)

  • This is the time to prepare for the battle that is coming.

Esther

And letters were sent by special messengers to all the king’s provinces—to destroy, to slay, and to do away with all Jews, both young and old, little children and women, in one day, the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, the month of Adar, and to seize their belongings as spoil. (Esther 3:13 AMPC)

  • The time is at hand when Satan will try to erase God’s people from the Earth.

Job

For then would I have lain down and been quiet; I would have slept; then would I have been at rest [in death]... (Job 3:13 AMPC)

1. Those without God will wish for death…

Does not calamity [justly] befall the unrighteous, and disaster the workers of iniquity? (Job 31:3 AMPC)

2. …as calamity comes upon the world.

Psalms

Yes, You are my Rock and my Fortress; therefore for Your name’s sake lead me and guide me. (Psalms 31:3 AMPC)

  • Those who are listening to and following the Lord will have an advantage and be kept safe.

313 Revelation:

God is sending out His angels who look to Him for directions. Angels have been dispatched to help God’s people who are walking in His ways as they prepare for what is coming. For those listening and walking with the Lord, this is going to be a time of great rejoicing, even as calamity comes.

This is the time to prepare for the battle that is coming. The time is at hand when Satan will try to erase God’s people from the Earth. Those without God will wish for death as calamity comes upon the world. Those who are listening to and following the Lord will have an advantage and be kept safe.

Proverbs

Happy (blessed, fortunate, enviable) is the man who finds skillful and godly Wisdom, and the man who gets understanding [drawing it forth from God’s Word and life’s experiences]... (Proverbs 3:13 AMPC)

1. Knowing God’s ways and walking in them is what will keep you safe…

Give not your strength to [loose] women, nor your ways to those who and that which ruin and destroy kings. (Proverbs 31:3 AMPC)

  • As you sow, so shall you reap. Following God will bring good gifts from God into your life.

Isaiah

The LORD stands up to plead and stands to judge the people. (Isaiah 3:13 AKJV)

1. The Lord is contending for us in the Courts of Heaven, before the Judge…

Now the Egyptians are men and not God; and their horse's flesh, and not spirit. When the LORD shall stretch out his hand, both he that helps shall fall, and he that is helped shall fall down, and they all shall fail together. (Isaiah 31:3 AKJV)

2. God’s judgment will come upon both those who are in sin and those helping them rebel against God’s ways.

Jeremiah

Only know, understand, and acknowledge your iniquity and guilt—that you have rebelled and transgressed against the Lord your God and have scattered your favors among strangers under every green tree, and you have not obeyed My voice, says the Lord. (Jeremiah 3:13 AMPC)

1. If you will understand where you have gone wrong and confess that you have not been following God’s ways...

The Lord appeared from of old to me [Israel], saying, “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with loving-kindness have I drawn you and continued My faithfulness to you…” (Jeremiah 31:3 AMPC)

2. …because of the Lord’s great love for you, you can come and find forgiveness.

Lamentations

He has caused the arrows of His quiver to enter into my heart [the seat of my affections and desires]. (Lamentations 3:13 AMPC)

  • Arrows are words: The Lord’s word will peirce our heart when we hear it.

Next, we receive instructions about how to make it through the time of Tribulation.

313 Revelation:

Knowing God’s ways and walking in them is what will keep you safe; you must remove sin from your life or you will experience His wrath. As you sow, so shall you reap. Following God will bring good gifts from God into your life.

The Lord is contending for us in the Courts of Heaven, before the Judge. God’s judgment will come upon both those who are in sin and those helping them rebel against God’s ways. If you will understand where you have gone wrong and confess that you have not been following God’s ways because of the Lord’s great love for you, you can come and find forgiveness. The Lord’s word will peirce our heart when we hear it.

Ezekiel

I heard also the noise of the wings of the living creatures that touched one another, and the noise of the wheels over against them, and a noise of a great rushing. (Ezekiel 3:13 AKJV)

* Background: This is Ezekiel’s vision about Heaven

1. The Lord will send a prophet to reveal to us what He is doing in Heaven...

Behold, [I will liken you to] Assyria, a cedar in Lebanon, with fair branches and with forestlike shade and of high stature, with its top among the thick boughs [even among the clouds]. (Ezekiel 31:3 AMPC)

* Background: This is a metaphor from the Lord: trees represent men.

2. … so we can become all that He has for us which will be a shade (protection) for those on the same path we are.

Daniel

Then Nebuchadnezzar in rage and fury commanded to bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; and these men were brought before the king. (Daniel 3:13 AMPC)

  • The AntiChrist will be infuriated by the actions of the righteous and seek to punish them.

Joel

313 Revelation:

The Lord will send a prophet to reveal to us what He is doing in Heaven so we can become all that He has for us which will be a shade (protection) for those on the same path we are. The AntiChrist will be infuriated by the actions of the righteous and seek to punish them.

God’s wrath is coming! Pay attention to what you are hearing. If you are unprepared you may be consumed by God’s wrath (fire)! The Lord is coming, those devoted to Him will be saved: those who refuse to turn (the neck) from sin will be wounded! The righteous will be where there are no lies, iniquity, or fear for we will be in Heaven. Those left behind will wonder what they have done wrong.

Many has sought to discover the meaning of 313. I believe it was hidden until this time. When we look at the 313 Revelation all together, we get a beautiful word of warning and encouragement from our Heavenly Father for those who will experience the Tribulation. You can see how it flows together when you see the entire meaning of 313 scriptures together.

Entire 313 Revelation:

Satan has tricked mankind into sin. We must return to the ways of our home: the Kingdom of Heaven. God will a leader equipped in the mantle of Moses to show you the way. The leader will be filled with the Spirit and be very skilled. He/she will reveal the truth about the Sacrifice God has sent for our sin, Jesus. It is time for those called to the service of the Lord to come forth for the time of the final battle is at hand: Tribulation.

Roadmap to Heaven
Destroying Curses
in the Courts of Heaven

Many people think of boot camp as a place you train for combat. Any veteran will tell you that basic training is about three things:

  • Knowing what weapons are available
  • Learning how to use those weapons
  • Receiving orders and following them
Believer’s Boot Camp series is a collection of books which teach us how to hear more clearly from God with the goal to ready ourselves for a face-to-face meeting with our Lord, Jesus. The series reveals the “weapons and tools” God has given us and how to use them, so we can bring God’s kingdom to Earth. Each book in the series focuses on a single topic to clearly define one tool or weapon from our Heavenly Father.

The series uses the Word of God to reveal all that He has given us through Jesus. The Bible is our instruction manual and the Holy Spirit is our guide to understanding it.

Why Doesn't God Speak to Me?

Believers’ Boot Camp, Volume 1

Eager hearts cry out, hoping for a single word to confirm that He hears us. Yet, many times the only sound is silence. Over the years I have heard several reasons why God speaks to some and not to others. One night, as I tossed and turned, I brought each of these reasons before the Lord, stating why each of them did not line up with who I thought He was.

Words rose from my soul, pleading for Him to reveal why He has remained silent when a single word from Him would mean so much to so many. For the next few hours, God used things I learned about years ago and things I had just discovered to show why He talks to some and why He doesn’t, and in demonstrative ways.

In His grace, He also showed me how people could hear more from Him. Basic instructions on how to hear more from God and how to be led by Him are included in this book. Thank you for taking time to consider the answers I received and share with you now.

Keys to Authority for Every Believer

Believers’ Boot Camp, Volume 2

There is untapped power that is easy for every Christian to access in the form of authority. The keys to this authority will unlock weapons we can use to free ourselves from the attacks of the enemy. We must be intimately aware of the bounds and limitations of our weapon if they are to be used effectively.

Find out about your authority:
  • Why you need it.
  • Where it comes from.
  • What you can do with it.
  • How to get more.

Destroying Curses in the Courts of Heaven

Believers’ Boot Camp, Volume 3

Our rights to appear in the Courts of Heaven have been greatly undervalued. The missing key to our authority is here. Jesus has provided the access and the Bible shows us the court procedures. When we learn to operate in our rightful place as children of the Most High, the enemy will be defeated and we will see the victory we have prayed for.

The death of Jesus freed us from the curse of the law. However, we must declare this freedom just as we must make a declaration for our salvation.

  • Can curses be passed to our children?
  • What are signs of a curse?
  • How do you get rid of one?

Every answer is backed by scripture. Come and find out how easy it is to be free!

Roadmap to Heaven

Believers’ Boot Camp, Volume 4

As I meditated and sought the Lord, a vision overcame me. A “Roadmap to Heaven” was deposited into my soul. We are entering a season of unparalleled access to Heaven. Jesus is calling all who are His to visit with Him in the Secret Place of the Most High.

  • What is the Secret Place?
  • How do we enter?
  • What will we find there?

The Bible holds the answers, the mystery has been revealed. As you use the map given in this book to journey to the Secret Place, discover your destiny and find the gifts the Holy Spirit will bring along the way.
